Infront and France Judo strike-up exclusive marketing agency partnership

THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT INCLUDES COMMERCIALISATION OF ALL MARKETING RIGHTS FOR FRANCE JUDO

Paris, France / Zug, Switzerland – France Judo has named Infront its exclusive marketing partner as part of an updated strategy launched by the organisation’s President Stéphane Nomis as it builds towards the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Infront France will be responsible for marketing sponsorship packages from France Judo designed to meet the various objectives and challenges of brands.

France Judo is set to enter an exciting period, with multi-medal winning stars including Clarisse Agbegnenou and Teddy Riner at the forefront. Over 470,000 members at 5,500 clubs participate in judo across France, and the forthcoming European team championships in Mulhouse, individual European championships in Montpellier, Paris Grand Slam and launch of the Judo Pro League (the first mixed professional league in France) will bring the sport more into the spotlight in the coming years.

The comprehensive marketing programme, covering both traditional and innovative activations, will offer brands broad visibility on the kimonos of French judokas and during competitions, as well as a wide choice of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and internal operations through unique and tailor-made content.

Stéphane Nomis, President of France Judo, said: "For many months now we have been working on new structuring projects for French judo, from the Judo Pro League to the 1,000 DOJOS and the organisation of two European championships in our country. Today we are ready to present these projects to private companies, whose support will help us to take a new step forward; a mission that we are entrusting with great expectations and enthusiasm to Infront France, whose know-how in this area has never been in doubt.”

Jean-François Jeanne, Managing Director of Infront France, said: "With the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games on the horizon, an ultra-positive sporting dynamic among both men and women and a constantly growing number of licence holders, France Judo is clearly a major strategic visibility and storytelling asset for brands. We are particularly happy and proud to be able to contribute to the development of this major sport in France and thank its President Mr. Stéphane Nomis for his trust."
